6:00 - 9:05 p.m.

Representatives from more than 250 two-year and four-year colleges and higher education programs will participate in the 64th annual College Conference/College Night for the Putnam and Northern Westchester region. Both events will be held on Monday, May 3rd and are organized by the counselors at Putnam and Northern Westchester BOCES and Fox Lane High School.

The daytime session of the College Conference will be held at the Putnam/Northern Westchester BOCES Campus in Yorktown Heights; the evening session will be held at Fox Lane High School in Bedford. The College Conference is a timesaving opportunity for students to speak to college representatives, gather information about programs and admission requirements and begin the college-admissions process. Representatives from various branches of the military services will also be available to discuss enlistment and educational opportunities available through the military.

That evening, at Fox Lane High School, students and their parents are invited to visit with college reps and attend workshops. In addition, information will be available from student-loan officers from a number of local banks regarding availability of government-subsidized and commercial bank-loan programs.
