We grow vegetables, herbs & flowers, and board horses on our small, sustainable heritage farm in the lower Hudson Valley that has been in our family for a century. We grow a diverse array of vegetables in two gardens, which comprise less than one acre. In 2010, all our produce is being sold direct to customers through an email order system. I choose to grow many heirloom, open-pollinated varieties, which have wonderful, unique flavors and colors. I also enjoy growing a variety of culinary herbs, edible flowers, perennial flowers, and vibrant summer cutting flowers. I dry flowers throughout the season and sell my everlasting flower bouquets in fall & winter.
We believe that local food systems are vital for the sustainable future of our community and country.
