July 4th Wand

  • Print
  • E-mail

Whether you are marching in a parade or watching from the sidelines, this easy to make wand will make every kid feel like they are part of the celebration.

 Supplies

Red, white and blue card

Stick or dowel (we used an old balloon stick)

Thin red, white and blue ribbons

Glue

Tape

Instructions

Cut one large, one medium and one small star from different colors of card. Glue one on top of the other, and tape to the stick.

Cut lengths of the ribbons and glue them to the back of the star.

We used a glittery red card and some blue corrugated  card and our wand looks really great!

For more effective dishwashing, add a few tablespoons of vinegar along with the dishwashing detergent when washing dishes. The vinegar cuts the grease and leaves dishes sparkling.
