A 60 year old organization dedicated to preserving the Herrick House and local historical artifacts. Cast-iron stoves and plows represent Peekskill’s industrial era. Curious commercial and domestic items on display make for a memorable visit. The museum is totally supported by memberships and corporate donations, with no direct taxpayer or governmental assistance. The Queen Anne Style Victorian is located in a residential neighborhood at 124 Union Ave., and is open to the public on Saturdays from 1-3pm, June-December.
