A new organization founded by Ossining and Briarcliff residents who envisions a community where people who choose to stay in their own homes as they age can do so knowing they have a support network surrounding them. CHH recognizes people's right to choose to spend their golden years in their own homes and the importance of having the right information and resources available to make aging in place as safe and comfortable as possible. We are currently surveying seniors to identify their needs in order to help meet those needs.  For more information about becoming a Community Helping Hands volunteer, or to participate in a short survey regarding what services (for example, transportation, home repair, social events, etc) would be helpful, please send an email to communityhelpinghandsossining@gmail.com.
