Attitude of Gratitude

Thanksgiving time always reminds me of a time to give thanks for all that we have. It is a time where families and friends gather together and give thanks for everything they have in their lives. We take the time to actually think about the wonderful people and things we are blessed with. We are grateful for our children, our Moms and Dads, the special people in our lives, our homes, our careers, our health, etc. The list goes on and on. Wouldn't it be great if we could remember to have that Attitude of Gratitude no matter what time of year it is.
With an Attitude of Gratitude life always looks better. When you focus on the positive and the abundance in life you feel better and you attract more abundance into your life. An Attitude of Gratitude is infectious. Others want to be around you and you will find that they are more willing to help you. You exude a sense of excitement and happiness where ever you go.

One way to keep an Attitude of Gratitude present is to write a gratitude journal. Just take a few minutes a day to write down what you are grateful for. It could be as simple as being grateful for the great night sleep you got in your comfortable bed, or the way your bedroom looks when you first open your eyes in the morning.

Be thankful for every little or big thing. It doesn't matter how big or small as long as it makes you happy. This exercise can be done at any time in the day. The important thing is that you do it every day so it becomes a ritual. You will feel your energy rise and you will notice how more wonderful experiences then ever begin to come your way.

Using an Attitude of Gratitude will make every day a day you can cherish. Every day is a day that can be created in such a way that you are feeling good and abundant. With an Attitude of Gratitude you will become a magnet for all good things.
